• Yes, you can download the estimate PDF from the draft invoice details.

Q4. Can I download the payment receipt PDF for an active payment?

Q5. Can I customize the contents of any PDFs?

• Yes, there are a couple of ways that this can be done:

  1. Via custom fields - See Custom Fields for more information.

  2. Adding a logo to your bill- You can do this by setting a unique logo in PDF Templates. Head over to Settings > Templates > PDFs > Choose a Template > Header > Upload Logo.

Q6. Will the downloaded PDF display amounts in the base currency or the currency of the invoice?

• The downloaded PDF will display amounts in invoice currency.
