AI Connectors let you link Juan to external AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and, Gemini with a single link.
Once connected, those tools can work with your Juan data and workflows from wherever you already use them.
Connected tools appear in Agent Suite as Your Agents.
Go to Agent Suite → Connectors in the main sidebar.
Setup instructions and common questions for each connector are available on that page.
Agent Suite is where you set up and manage the agents that work in your organization. Go to Agent Suite in the main sidebar to find the following:
Overview: your starting point for adding agents to your team.
Agent Stack: build agents that understand and act across your data and workflows.
Connectors: connect Juan to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and more with a single link.
Email Agent: send emails to create entries, update your records, and run reports. See [Email Agent].
Clio Chat: use chat to review, update, and complete your accounting work in Juan.
Jots: review the judgments your agents made.
Agents are grouped into Your Agents, which covers Agent Stack and Connectors, and Juan Agents, which covers Email Agent and Clio Chat.
Jots is where every judgment your agents make is put on the record. Go to Agent Suite → Jots in the main sidebar.
A judgment is a decision an agent made on its own.
Your agents record every judgment automatically, and the most important ones appear first.
You can endorse, flag, or reject each judgment.
Summary: an overview of judgments across all your agents.
Your Agents: judgments made by external agents connected to Juan through Connectors.
Juan Agents: judgments made by Juan's own agents, Email Agent and Clio Chat.
