Send Purchase Orders

Q1. Can I email my purchase orders to suppliers?

• Yes. Click the email icon to send the purchase order to your supplier. You can also edit the email content and set default email templates.

• Emailing an order will also include the Purchase Order PDF and external attachments.

Q2. Can I customize the Purchase Order Email?

• Yes. Go to Settings → Templates → Emails → Orders → Purchase Order and configure your email details.

• You can also edit the email directly before sending it to your supplier.

Q3. Can I use different Purchase Order email templates per supplier?

• Yes. Set a default Purchase Order Email template per contact in the Contacts settings.
