Send Sales Quote

Q1. Can I email my quote to customers?

• Yes. Click the email icon to send the quote to your customer. You can also edit the email content and set default email templates.

• Emailing a quote will also include the Sales Quote PDF and external attachments.

Q2. Can I customize the Sales Quote Email?

• Yes. Go to Settings → Templates → Emails → Orders → Sales Quote and configure your email details.

Q3. Can I use different Sales Quote Email per customer?

• Yes. Set a default Sales Quote Email per contact in the Contacts settings.
