Q1. Who can create or edit Sales Quotes?

• You can assign Orders permissions in Access Management.

Q2. Can I configure the quote reference prefix and series?

• Yes. Open the quote in Edit mode → go to Quote settings (Cmd/Ctrl + B) → Document Defaults → Details → Quote

• Configure the reference prefix and series based on your preference

Q3. How do I edit overfulfillment settings for quotes?

• Open the quote in Edit mode → go to Quote settings (Cmd/Ctrl + B) → Document Defaults → Details → Quote

• Enable Quote → Order control to prevent orders from exceeding the quote value

  • Example: If a quote is PHP 500, converting it to an order of PHP 800 will be blocked when this control is enabled

• Enable Enable Order → Invoice control to prevent invoices from exceeding the order value

  • Example: If an Order is PHP 500, converting it to a Bill of PHP 800 will be blocked when this control is enabled.
