Q1. Can I edit and customize Terms & Conditions?

• Yes. Click the customize icon in the Terms & Conditions field. Use the available options to configure your quotation’s Terms & Conditions.

Q2. How can I set default Terms & Conditions?

• Open a quote in Edit mode → go to Quote settings (Cmd/Ctrl + B) → Document Defaults → Details → Quote

• Set your default Terms & Conditions

  • Note: Default T&Cs will only apply to newly created quotes and will not update existing ones

Q3. Can I include attachments to my Sales Quote email?

• Yes. Upload files under External Attachments to include them when emailing a Sales Quote.

• You can upload up to 10 files, with a maximum total size of 20 MB per quote.
