Hello, every-juan
This June, we released exciting updates to make accounting and transaction management smoother and easier.
View all your transaction items (line items) from Invoices, Bills, Customer Credit and Supplier Credit in one place.
Review and analyze line items efficiently across multiple transactions without needing to open each one individually.
You can select the Line Items divider on the Invoice/Bill/Credit Notes modules.
Each row is one line item and you can click into each transaction to view its detail.
You can use the search bar to find items by Contact, BT Reference, Item/Description, or Account.
Switchable views: Use BlueFilters to toggle between Active, Draft, and Voided transactions.
Transaction Quick Fix
This is a faster way to edit multiple transactions – perfect for bulk cleanups or quick corrections. You can update fields like Contact, Bill From/Deliver To, Transaction & Due Dates, Currency, PDF Template, Tags, Custom Fields and Notes.
Line Item Quick Fix
Exactly the same as transaction quick fix but for line items. You can update line item fields like Description (with classifier support), Quantity, Unit, Price, Discount, Account, VAT/GST Profile.
You can now generate and manage API Keys directly in Jaz, giving you secure programmatic access to your organization’s data.
Only users with Access Management permissions can create, edit, or delete API keys.
Deleting an API key will also remove its linked user and organization-user records.
API authentication is supported via existing JWT tokens, securely passed through request headers.
You can now manage your own subscriptions directly within Jaz, no need to contact support for plan changes or top-ups.
Under Settings, you’ll find two new modules:
Billing Account: Recharge your account balance to pay for subscriptions
Plans & Add-ons: Select, upgrade, or manage your plans and add-ons at any time
You can now use the D keyboard shortcut to toggle directly to dividers inside modules
You can now filter to show:
One Match: shows transactions with exactly one match suggestion
Many Matches: shows transactions with multiple match options
Hidden: shows transactions that you have chosen to hide
When you copy a link to a specific tab (like Cashflows → Unreconciled), the recipient will land on the exact same tab — no more guessing or getting dropped into the wrong section
Hover over the email icon on your Invoice or Customer Credit detail view to see:
Last invoice sent date
Last receipt/refund sent date (if any)
Invoices and Credit Notes now support inline PDF preview — so you can see exactly how your document will appear before sending it.
What’s different?:
Slimbar navigation, with shortcut key P to open the PDF preview
Click on “update preview” to view new changes made
A clear "PREVIEW" watermark appears across documents
Drag to resize the PDF pane — content adjusts automatically.
Managing subscriptions just got more flexible. You can now cancel a subscription effective at the end of the last billing period.
Here’s how it works:
End date is set to the last recorded date
If the last invoice is unpaid, it’ll be voided automatically
If it’s paid or partially paid, cancellation will raise an error
No credit notes or prorations are generated
Perfect for users who want clean cutoffs, especially for past-dated cancellations.
Bank reconciliation just leveled up. The new Magic Match UI is faster, clearer, and more intuitive than ever.
What’s improved:
Cleaner layout with a 2-panel view and resizable sidebar
Smarter search by amount, description, or payee with real-time highlighted results
Better matching flow, you can handle one-by-one or bulk matches by filtering the tabs
Easily manage outliers by hiding and unhiding matches you don’t need
We’ve polished the Reconcile screen to boost focus and streamline your workflow.
Here’s what’s better:
Switch modes faster, Match vs. Magic Match now toggled via a 3-dot menu
Sidebar toggle (shortcut: “Command B”) for cleaner navigation
Live search with auto-highlight by name, amount, or description
Clearer status icons to show what’s reconciled, partially matched, unmatched
Able to navigate with up/down key to go through the bank statements records
