This happens if you’re currently logged in to another organization in Juan. For example:
You’re logged in to Company A in JuanTax.
You’re accessing Company X in Juan.
As a result, the direct link from JuanTax to Juan will not work.
To fix this, make sure you’re accessing Company A in Juan.
