To get started, sign up for a new account with your email, and fill in the details to sign up.
Follow the steps shown on the screen, and fill in the following details:
Organization details
Additional details
Billing address for your organization
Lastly, verify your email to start using Juan!

If you don't receive an email, here are a few things you can try:
Try resending the email via the Resend Now option
Give it a couple of minutes - the email may need some time to reach you.
Check your spam/junk folder.
Try running through the sign up process again.
