Yes, you can delete a customer credit note.
A customer credit note must first be voided before it can be deleted. See Void Customer credit note for more details.
Note: If a customer credit note is marked as deleted, you will not be able to undo the action or retrieve the deleted record.

When you void a customer credit note before deleting it, any associated refund records will be removed. As such, there will be no further effects when deleting the customer credit note.
Deleting a customer credit note will not have further effects on your financial reports, as voiding the customer credit note beforehand would have already done this.
Currently, you may not add additional internal notes while deleting a customer credit note.
