## Q2. Will the payment advice get regenerated again after editing?

-   Yes, the payment advice will be automatically updated upon amendment of the payment record.
    
-   **Tip**: Having an issue where changes are not reflected on payment advice? Do allow 2 minutes for the system to refresh before attempting to download them again.
    

## Q3. Does editing a payment affect financial records?

-   Yes, editing a payment will affect your financial records if the fields affecting the payment amount are updated.
    
-   For example, the payment record on the General Ledger will have the payment amount updated with the new payment amount.
    
-   Hence, other reports that rely on the General Ledger such as Trial Balances or Cashflows will also see updates following this.
    

## Q4. Can I edit a bill payment even if it's in non-base currency?

-   Yes, a bill payment's currency will not affect this.
