## Q1. Where can I view past payment records of an invoice?

-   All the payments made on a invoice can be found in the invoice details.
    

## Q2. How do I know if there is an aggregate RGL displayed on the invoice?

-   Aggregate RGL may apply if multiple partial payments are being made on the invoice.

## Q3. Will I be able to see a list of all the payments or just 1 complete payment on the invoice?

-   You will be able to see a list of all payments made with the invoice details.
    

## Q4. Why is the payment receipt in the same currency as the invoice?

-   Payments will always be recorded and tracked on the invoice currency.
    

## **Q5. How can I view the ledger entry of an invoice payment?**

-   Open the invoice payment, click the three-dot icon, and select **See Ledger** to view the journal entry created by the payment.
